Williamstown Musical Theatre Company Inc is thrilled to announce the upcoming auditions for our production of & JULIET, to be performed at the Altona Theatre from 6 to 21 November 2026. Auditions are scheduled to take place from 7 to 20 June 2026.

& Juliet is a bold, joyful, pop-fuelled reimagining of one of the most famous love stories ever told. What if Juliet’s ending was really just the beginning? What if she got to choose life, friendship, adventure, desire, mistakes, independence, and a future written on her own terms?

Set to the music of legendary songwriter Max Martin, & Juliet explodes with some of the biggest pop songs of the last 25 years, including “Since U Been Gone,” “Roar,” “...Baby One More Time,” “I Want It That Way,” “Stronger,” “Teenage Dream,” and “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”

This is a show about identity, reinvention, joy, and the freedom to imagine yourself differently. It celebrates difference - different voices, bodies, cultures, styles, histories, identities, relationships, and ways of taking up space.

We are looking for diverse auditionees of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, identities, sizes, abilities and cultural backgrounds. Thosewho bring heart, energy, generosity, humour, commitment, strong storytelling, and a willingness to play. The show requires a dynamic ensemble of performers with strong vocals, strong movement skills, and a love of contemporary musical theatre.
